standard rate is £40 per hour. the minimum job time is 1 hour, and is then charged by the half hour after that.

alternatively, buy engineer time in advance (minimum order of 2 hours) and use time in 15 minute blocks.

note: an emergency call-out fee of £40 is added to jobs booked outside normal business hours.
